Resurfacing Project to resume on Multiple Routes in Derry Township, Dauphin County

According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced, “this week that a resurfacing project on Route 39 (Hersheypark Drive), Route 322 (Governor Road), Route 743 (Fishburn Road/Cocoa Avenue), and Route 2011 (Fishburn Road/Hockersville Road/Swatara Avenue) in Derry Township, is set starting Monday, March 24, 2025.  This project started last year and is expected to be completed this spring.”

According to PennDOT, “weather permitting, work will begin Monday, March 24. The contractor will work during the overnight hours from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. to complete base repairs, milling, final paving, and line painting.”
