The Township uses a third-party agency (JB Environmental Services, LLC) to perform all on-lot sewage system testing and on-lot sewage system permit reviews. Please direct inquiries regarding percolation/probe testing and on-lot sewage system permits (for new and existing systems) to JB Environmental Services, LLC (see contact information below). For initial inquiries regarding on-lot sewage system malfunctions, contact Charles Emerick, Township of Derry, Community Development, Director, at 717-533-2057, option 2.
Please submit all permit information directly to JB Environmental Services, LLC. Applications are available at the Township of Derry Administration Building, Community Development office, 600 Clearwater Road, Hershey, PA.
