The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Derry, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on the application of Giant Food Stores, LLC, for the inter-municipal transfer of a Restaurant Liquor License.  The hearing will take place at 6:00 p.m., on the 8th day of August, 2017, at the Derry Township Administration Building, 600 Clearwater Road, Hershey, PA 17033. Those persons who want to review this matter of the transfer may examine the request at the office of the Township Manager at the Derry Township Administration Building, 600 Clearwater Road, Hershey, PA 17033, during normal business hours.

The hearing will involve the transfer of Restaurant Liquor License Number R-21351, from Lower Swatara Township, Dauphin County, PA, 17112, to 1250 Cocoa Avenue, Hershey (Derry Township, Dauphin County), PA 17033.

At the conclusion of the public hearing on the 8th day of August, 2017, the Derry Township Board of Supervisors intends to consider and adopt a resolution to approve the application of Giant Food Stores, LLC, for the inter-municipal transfer of Restaurant Liquor License Number R-21351.
