NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Derry, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the main meeting room of Administration building at the Derry Township Municipal Complex, 600 Clearwater Road, Hershey. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding Conditional Use Application No. 2017-05, as filed by David A. Romanoski.  The petitioner requests that a Conditional Use authorization be granted under the provisions of Chapter 225 (Zoning), Section 225-501.1 of the Code of the Township of Derry to convert a single-family dwelling into a two-family dwelling at 364 Mill Street, Hershey.

The Conditional Use application and supporting information may be viewed at the Derry Township Department of Community Development, 600 Clearwater Road, Hershey, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
