Reminder: Hersheypark will host its Annual Fireworks Display on Friday, July 5, 2024, at 10:15 p.m. As they do each year, residents and guests can enjoy the view of the spectacular fireworks from outside the park (located just outside of Hersheypark)! Please note that the rides will close at 10:00 pm, but Hersheypark will remain open for guests to watch the fireworks inside the park and the parking lots. We want to remind residents that Wilsbach Distributors is offering free Uber vouchers from July 4, 2024, at 1:00 AM through July 7, 2024, at 11:59 PM in an effort to reduce impaired driving to keep the community safe. REMINDER TO RESIDENT: In observance of the Fourth of July holiday, there will be no collection on Thursday, July 4. Thursday routes will be serviced on Friday, July 5, 2024, and Friday routes will be serviced on Saturday, July 6, 2024. Please ensure your containers are set out the night before. Due to increased temperatures, WM has adapted its start time to one hour ahead of its normal time. It is very important to place your containers out the night before to ensure they are picked up.
