Derry Township Public Works – Part-Time, Seasonal Laborer
The Derry Township Public Works Department is currently accepting applications for Part-Time Seasonal Laborer position(s). This job consists of grounds and parks maintenance, leaf collection, and winter snow removal. Starting wage is $17.90 per hour with the flexibility in the schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a current valid PA Driver’s License.

Derry Township Community Center – Part-Time, Lifeguards- Lifeguard Certification Provided
The Derry Township Parks and Recreation is looking to hire Permanent Part-Time Lifeguards for the new Derry Township Community Center to work year-round. Lifeguards assist in the maintenance of the swimming pools, monitor and record the pool chemistry, and provide for the overall general health, safety, and enjoyment of the pool patrons.
Looking for candidates 18 years of age or older for 5:00 am shifts Monday through Friday, as well as afternoon and evening shifts for candidates 15 years of age or older all days of the week. We will provide American Red Cross Lifeguard training.
Clearances and certifications must be obtained prior to the beginning of employment.
