Judging will begin promptly at 6:15 p.m.
Parade Route: Hershey Recreation Center, right on Cocoa Avenue, left on Elm Avenue, right on Ridge Avenue, right on Chocolate Avenue, right on Cocoa Avenue to the Recreation Center.
