*6/1/24 NOTE: Ordinance No. 2023-09 and Ordinance No. 2023-10 were adopted by the Board of Supervisors on February 13, 2024; Ordinance No. 2024-01 was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on February 27, 2024; and Ordinance No. 2024-02 was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on May 28, 2024, amending numerous sections of the Zoning Ordinance. The amendments became effective February 18, 2024 (for Ords. 2023-09 and 2023-10); March 3, 2024 (for Ord. 2024-01); and May 28, 2024 (for Ord. 2024-02) but have not yet been incorporated into the Zoning Ordinance. Ordinance No. 2023-10 – Ordinance No. 2023-10 affects Section 225-501.58 – requirements and restrictions for a Master Plan Development within the Township
